Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your ReplyPixel account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open ReplyPixel and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and associated data are scheduled for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email privacy@replypixel.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account identity and email address.
Your usage records and remaining allowance associated with your account.
On-device data (your learned voice and your history of fixed drafts) is removed when you delete the app or clear its data.

What we may retain

We may keep a limited set of records where we are legally required to (for example, transaction and tax records related to purchases), and anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you. Purchase and subscription records held by Apple or Google are governed by their policies.

Deleting your ReplyPixel account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
